The staff was very helpful . i received complimentary water and coffee in my room daily. the building had a beautiful entrance and lobby area. the location was perfect. It allowed me to retreat to a peaceful setting after sightseeing.
the bathroom was very small. the shower caused the entire bathroom to flood. i reported this to the reception but there was no follow-up.

This hotel has a really central location near the metro. It made getting around super easy. The breakfast each morning offered a nice selection! I especially liked the terrace with its small dipping pool and comfortable sun loungers. The courtyard was filled with good greenery, a very nice feature.
The minibar replenishment wasn't consistent.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. the rooftop deck was cute. we spent an hour there enjoying drinks.
the walls were not sound proof. i heard too much noise, it disturbed my sleep. the sink was located inside the room, not the bathroom. i did not like this arrangement.
